**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in various operating systems and IT infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software - Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections - Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and network devices - Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner - Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed - Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS - Experience with Linux operating systems - Knowledge of Office applications - Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components - Ability to provide technical support to end-users - Knowledge of firewall configurations If you are a dedicated IT professional with a passion for technology and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
